Contract-to-Hire
After On-Board has identified candidates to fulfill your needs, we can provide an easy way for your organization to build a comfort level by evaluating the individual on a term basis. After this time period the client has the option to hire the individual directly or remain using the individual as part of our contract staffing solution for the duration of the assignment.
Direct Hire
If the situation arises where your organization needs assistance in hiring an individual directly, On-Board can satisfy your needs by easily
identifying your requirements and providing candidates for your organization to review for the position(s) available. This service is offered in one of two ways; a Retained Search or Contingency Fee arrangement, whereby On-Board will utilize our own database and or other resources available to our organization to accomplish this goal in a brief and cost
efficient manner.
